Job description

Designation :Growth Manager

Profile : Closure Specialist

Location : Hyderabad

*2 wheeler mandatory

Package : As per market standards

Communication : English and Regional language

Experience : 3-5 years in business development or sales in the context of property acquisition, retail expansion, real estate, territory expansion and operations. Good in financial understandings. Knowledge of local geography is an advantage.

*Growth Managers at Zolo create the expansion strategy, assess supply and demand availability, handle negotiations and ensure continuous supply creation. Role/Responsibilities : The role of the Growth Manager would encompass the following:

● Understand Zolo’s business model and be able to articulate the same during meetings

with potential vendors and partners

Property acquisitions

● Plan and prioritise their activities during the day and be strategic in thinking to be able

to achieve the monthly growth targets

● Build a rapport with the current builder / owner partners and generate referrals for

other leads

● Be diligent about data recording, reporting and management

● Guide, mentor and train the new team members and help them in achieving their


● Experiment with new products based on market understanding, present on

management and draw plans for a nationwide scale

Skills :

● Mathematically competent

● Proficient in financial model

● Sharp, analytical and thoughtful

● Negotiation skills

● Ability to build a rapport with new acquaintances
