Workfall is a Singapore based new age internet company, looking for energetic and self-motivated sales interns to join our excellent & growing digital sales team.

Eligibility: Anyone willing to work hard and learn about Digital Sales

Work Location: Remote Working

Duration: 3 Months

Outcome: At the end of three months of internship, the intern will get an Internship Certificate. During the Internship, there will be a review check and based on your performance during internship and final review, interns will get an opportunity to join us full- time.

Learning Opportunities:

During internship, interns will be mentored by the senior management team and will learn:

  • Why is Sales the backbone of a company!
  • Techniques and tools that help in generation of leads.
  • Grooming on relationship building
  • Time management and multitasking
  • How to work in collaborative environment
  • Objection handling.

As part of this internship, interns will get learning opportunities in all areas of Sales. To be successful as a Sales Intern, you should be willing to learn as much about the company as possible and be able to spot opportunities that have been overlooked by others. Outstanding Sales Interns are problem solvers who know the value of building lasting, professional relationships with clients. You should be able to take instruction, but also work unsupervised when required.

What interns will be doing during the internship:

  • Completing all allocated tasks – from the assigned Manager.
  • Conduct extensive market research and identifying business opportunities (Research and generate lists of potential customers)
  • Learn and apply sales techniques
  • Help develop client relationships through LinkedIn, Emails, Cold Calls etc
  • Generating sales qualified leads, and assisting the Sales department wherever possible.
  • Updating documents and sales records.
  • Observing and carrying out sales processes.
  • Reviewing sales performance against sales targets.
  • Keeping a log of everything learned and delivering presentations to staff and other stakeholders.
