Key skills required for the job are: n IT Operations Management-L3, (Mandatory) .As a Senior Functional Executive, you are responsible for end-to-end in respective area of work. You should be able to interface with stakeholders, resolve the queries/problem and provide input for improvement areas.You are expected to identify the reporting model/details and frequency of reporting. You are expected to guide new members in the team and help them scale up faster.
