Position- Bench Sales Recruiter- Multiple Positions Open

Location- Pune, Maharashtra or Remote

Full Time

Daily working hours- 7:30 P.M. TO 4:30 A.M. IST

Job Requirements

•6-8+ years working as BDM/ Bench Sales (OPT/CPT, H1b, W2s) in US Consulting industry.

• Any graduate with a diploma/PG diploma course in computers or software/IT related.

• Strong marketing and client relationship skills.

• Effective communication skills (both verbal and written) and excellent interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to work in accordance with US time zones (Night Shift).

Responsibilities

• Marketing our W2 Consultants / Bench and getting them on projects by Interacting with the Vendors.

• Expertise to post resumes on job portals, innovate to create and sustain newer sourcing channels to get requirements, as well as ability to use social media as a sourcing channel.

• Ability to interact, develop tier-1 Vendor network and get the candidates placed in minimal turnaround time.

• Understanding consultant’s skills and marketing them accordingly.

• Coordinate with consultants from start to end of closing a placement.

Desired Skills

· Responsible for managing and enhancing his existing Client relationships.

· Strategic planning in developing new clients, new strategies and its implementation.

· Strong negotiation skills.

· Scrutiny of Contracts to ensure adherence to company policies and payment terms.

· Should work independently and able to work with others in team environment.
