Job description: This position is an integral part of the new business and Africa/South Africa lead generation sales team and initiate the relationship between the company and prospective customers.

(Africa/South Africa Sales experience is must )

  • Lead Qualification and Sales Development Experience in Africa/South Africa.
  • An ideal candidate for this role is a highly motivated, curious, self-starter, able to identify and develop leads and opportunity from multiple sources including prospect list, social selling, and individual research.
  • Curious to learn about business, have the zeal to drive your team to success and love enjoying the perks that come along.

  • Exception written an verbal communication skills
  • Africa/South Africa and Enterprise /SaaS experience is mandatory.

What will you get to do:

  • Identify qualified prospects in Africa/South Africa and navigate company structures to identify decision-makers.
  • Use a combination of outreach mechanisms to nurture leads (Call, Email, Marketing automation tools like Outreach, Linkedin Inmails, etc.)
  • Tie up leads that will turn into the business through persistence.
  • Learn, leverage and help evolve our demand generation process.
  • Generate appointments/meetings by means of proactive outbound prospecting.
  • Work directly with sales and marketing to discover opportunities from leads.
  • Demonstrate and teach strong selling and influencing skills.

CTC: up to 09 LPA [Fixed + Variable]
