6. Must hire a team of 25+ S&M interns from different Job sites and social media
platforms.
7. Maintain an active team of 25+ S&M interns to achieve the best perks.
8. Must be able to motivate and achieve the given projection.

1. Convincing and motivational
2. Business Communication Skills.
3. Influencing and Negotiation Skills.
4. Google and other browsers.
5. Time Management.
6. Knowledge of different job posting and recruiting sites.
Perks
1. Experience Certificate: 10+ active SM interns’ team or revenue generation of
20,000/-from the team.
2. Excellence Certificate and a stipend of 1000rs: 25+ active SM interns’ team or
revenue generation of 45,000/-from the team.
3. Letter of recommendation on creating 7 Brand Associates from your team of sales
and marketing interns.
4. HR intern is eligible for receiving 500rs shopping voucher for every 10k revenue
generated from their team of Sales and Marketing interns.
Note: If failed to hire and maintain 25+ active sales and marketing interns or 45k revenue generation from your team then no stipend will be given
