“ WE ARE HIRING HR INTERNS FOR UMEED INDIA FOUNDATION “

Umeed is a non-profit organisation dedicated to activating community initiatives for the betterment of the environment and society. Our organisation is a certified non-governmental organisation that works on 180+ projects in eight Indian states with the aid of over 32,000 volunteers ( Delhi, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand and Haryana )

THIS WILL BE AN UNPAID INTERNSHIP FOR 3 MONTHS

WORK PROFILE :

•Updating our internal database with new intern’s information like contact details and others

•Review and filter resumes and application forms during recruitment process

•Manage the job postings

•Overseeing new intern’s onboardings

•Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates

•Assisting the interns under them effectively as taught

•Coordinating with their HR Coordinator

HR INTERN REQUIREMENTS :

• Currently pursuing their Graduation (BA)
•Proficiency with few Microsoft Office Applications
•The ability to work as part of a team and lead a team
•Good problem solving and organizational skills
•Effective Communication Skills (English)

An intern must work for minimum 3 months to achieve a basic Certificate and LOR .More about the higher perks will be discussed during the orientation only .
