At Tilt, we deploy shared bicycles and e-bikes in Indian campuses. We partner with residential townships, manufacturing plants, corporate parks, and universities to provide affordable and sustainable mobility for their communities.

Job Details

We’re looking to bring on board an intern who is deeply passionate about people operations. This role involves working closely with the core team to list jobs, conduct screening interviews and close hires.

• Start Date: Immediate
• Stipend: Rs. 10,000 per month
• Duration of Internship: 2 to 6 months
• Time commitment: ~6* hours a day; 6 days a week. This is an estimate based on the tasks we have at hand. It might vary from person to person.
• Tilt is a remote-first company. This role is 100% work from home.
• After the internship, we are open to extending full-time offers/PPOs for top performers

About the Role

• Working with the founders to design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
• Crafting job descriptions that are attractive to the quality of talent we’re looking to hire.
• Posting on job boards including LinkedIn, IIMJobs, Naukri, Internshala, Facebook groups, etc.
• Conducting preliminary screening of candidates over the phone
• Maintaining fast turnaround time to ensure a pleasant experience for all applicants

About you

• You have a keen interest in startups and the talent acquisitionecruitment domain
• You’re open to learning and running experiments
• You have strong verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi)
• You have appreciation for not just completing tasks, but also adhering to processes
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and are a good at making decisions
• You should have access to a laptop and stable internet connection
• You should have a Facebook profile that you’re willing to use to post on our behalf
