- Maintaining vendor base in the region for the following type of Trucks – Closed Container Body, Reefers, Open Trucks, Trailers, LCV (Tata Ace, Pickup) etc.
- Setting up dedicated vehicles on contract basis for the customers.
- Ideal mix of national and regional role for Sales, Sourcing Trucks & Operations.
