Overall Job Description
– Achieve targets for the Mortgages/Loan against Property business through lead generation and fulfilment from the Branch Channel
– Monitoring Branches and setting targets for them
– Preparing and maintaining various MIS reports for the reference of top management
– Track performance on an ongoing basis with respect to the business plan and take appropriate actions to achieve targets
– Assists in negotiation of terms and follows through to closing
– Implements procedures and training to prevent frauds
– Understand competitor Bank products and Services property, loans, training, loans against property, business plan, channel partners
– Thoroughly understand the relevant markets with a view to quickly grasp trends and suitable solutions that can be structured for a customer
