Our Mission is to help subscription-based (SaaS) companies prevent customer churn and grow revenue using AI.

We are in a “Subscription Economy“. Every company is going to provide its product/service as a subscription. That means retaining these subscriptions is the cornerstone of any business to increase its revenue. And with the rapid capturing of customer behavior data, it becomes easier to predict the next moves of any customer using data science and AI.

We do that by unifying all the customer data(CRM, Product Usage, Support, and others) and deriving customer health scores and insights using Machine Learning.

The selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working with ReactJS, Python, MySQL, and API(GraphQL) to design, develop and debug the web application

2. Integrating back-end services with React/Javascript-based front-end needs

3. Building new features and services on the platform to meet our customer demands.

3. Working with AWS services(AWS Amplify, Lambda, Appsync, RDS, S3 Buckets)

4. Working with the founders/team to manage, optimize and customize multiple web components and features

5. Creating and maintaining technical documentation

You will be closely working with the Founders of the company on day to day basis in this role with at least a few hours of time overlapping with the US Pacific timezone.
