Roles and Responsibilities
Look after all the accounting and financial work of the organization
To take care of product costing
Prepare all required MIS and business performance report.
Monitoring organizational expenditure against budget and conduct variance analysis. Propose and monitor any actions needed based on such analysis.
Timely movement of resources-raw materials.
Good experience in handling Stores function; inward, outwards, Dispatch, storage, issuing of material at various locations.
To handle stores operations, supervision of loading unloading materials in stores.
Having Keen knowledge in inventory Management reconciliation.
Executing and supporting all the activities related to company’s procurement and vendors management.
Supporting coordinating for third party services as per factory for timely availability of requirement.
Coordinating with all internal teams for requirements and ensuring timely availability of material. Providing inputs for budget costing activities.
Coordinating with Finance team for vendor payments as per negotiated rates.
Providing inputs for cost-reduction opportunities.
Maintaining developing effective relations with vendors for timely and quality services.
Ensuring timely availability of store related reports and data
1. Prepare dispatch related all documents
2. MIS reporting regarding Finished Goods – daily, weekly, monthly as required by the employer and customer
3. Daily communication with transporter and customer with regards to dispatch related issues.
4. Daily management of FG stock
Experience- 1-2 Years
salary- 13K – 17K
Qualification- B.Com or Any Graduate
