QC Reviewer

Job Description Overview

As a QC Reviewer, you’ll work as part of a team of information extraction specialists, helping to drive emerging technology from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Review project documents for technical requirements;
  • Navigate stakeholder expectations to identify appropriate information extracted;
  • Create newe-engineered business requirements, as needed;
  • Validate data checks against documented procedures;
  • Communicate differences in quality and drive resolution;
  • Conduct self in a professional manner and take responsibility for work and commitments;
  • Flex approach to meet the changing needs of teams and clients;
  • Identify and make suggestions for efficiencies and improvements when performing work;
  • Take action to stay current with new and evolving technology;
  • Use tools, techniques and firm standard methodologies to support research, analysis and problem solving;
  • Handle, manipulate and analyse data and information responsibly;
  • Communicate with empathy and adapt communication style to meet the needs of the situation and audience;
  • Manage expectations of stakeholders effectively;
  • Embrace different points of view and welcome opposing and conflicting ideas; and

Desired Skill Sets

Demonstrates some knowledge and/or a proven record of success performing quality control review and/or documentation interpretation as a business analyst, preferably for a global network of professional services firms, including in the following areas:

  • Interpretation of documents such as contract, legal document, litigation document, tax document;
  • Research experience with various laws, potentially including contract law, banking law, tax law;
  • Able to clearly communicate and document project status, including blockers;
  • Experience working in Agile work culture a plus;
  • Experience with optical character recognition and/or natural language processing tools, such as ABBYY FlexiCapture, MSFT Form Recognizer, etc;
  • Experience with automation and data analytic tools, such as MSFT Power Platform, Alteryx, UiPath, Tableau, etc;
  • Conduct self in a professional manner and take responsibility for work and commitments;
  • Flex approach to meet the changing needs of teams and clients;
  • Identify and make suggestions for efficiencies and improvements when performing work;
  • Take action to stay current with new and evolving technology;
