About You

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as technical manager and authority over multiple Development teams, initiate organization level initiatives and drive team or product imperatives with complete ownership
  • Accountable for architectural decisions and functions
  • Create technical vision and strategy for the organization that aligns with Plansource’s business objectives
  • Lead design, architecture, process and development discussions and decisions
  • Manage and execute against project plans and delivery commitments within an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Create processes, mechanisms, and tools that shape the delivery of the program
  • Own all operational metrics and support for your team’s software
  • Work with key stakeholders in product management and executive teams to define strategy and requirements.

Skill & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related field
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive application development.
  • 5+ years of hands on experience with web applications development using backend development languages like Ruby on Rails (RoR)and Java) along with the hands on experience on JavaScript, JQuery, ReactJS, MySQL.
  • 2+ years of management/leadership experience in software development preferred.
  • Familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud
  • Strong technical thinking and demonstrated ability to lead software design and coding
  • Polished communication skills, broad technical knowledge, and high self-confidence
  • Ability to demonstrate and lead others in sound software development practices and techniques
  • Working knowledge of Jira, Jenkins, Docker, GitHub and overall Devops experience
