Job Description

Designation – Customer Care Executive

Salary 18,000 CTC to 22,000 CTC

Qualification: – Any Graduate

Experience: – Min. 1 year of on paper Experience in Customer Service

Desired Candidate Profile: – Candidate should have excellent Hindi & English communication skills (Written & Verbal).

Candidate should have Laptop/desktop With 4GB RAM, Windows-10 i3 Processor and Wired internet Connection.

Good Customer service & interpersonal Skills

Working: – 5.5 days working and 1 day rotational week off.

Note : – during training it’s 6 days/Week

Work timing: – 9 hours of Rotational Shift including 1 hour break.

Shift Timing: –

Males – rotational shifts between 9am -10pm

Females – rotational shifts between 9am -8pm
