The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for checking all materials before publication. This includes checking spelling, grammar, and punctuation, along with links, copies, target lists, products, design, and branding.

Furthermore, they mark all logical mistakes in materials.

They ensure client satisfaction by ensuring our work is of the highest quality.

Responsibilities

• Proofreads all copy texts (grammar, spelling, and punctuation mistakes)
• Is the final checkpoint in the QA process for all emails (text positioning, content, products, copy, target groups, coupons, branding, etc.)
• Marks all logical mistakes or inconsistencies in materials
• Checks all client-facing deliverables for errors and meeting of service standards
• Checks our company’s documents and outward-facing communications

What This Role Will Help Build

You’ll help us ensure that all the work we deliver to our clients is excellent – avoiding mistakes such as typos or misspelling.

The whole team’s job is on your shoulders, as you’re the last person checking the entire work before delivering it. You have a big responsibility.

You’ll be crucial for the agency.
