Role: Business Development Associate-BDA
•Location: Bangalore, pune, mumbai, delhi, hyderabad, Jaipur, Kolkata
•Experience: 1-4yrs (B2B)/Field sales
•CTC: 3-8.5LPA+ 2lakhs medical insurance
•2 Interview rounds
Roles and responsibilities:
•Lead efforts of business development in International Markets.
•Manage the entire sales lifecycle from nurturing the lead to closure. Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand.
•Prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, 828, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients.
•Candidates must be willing to work at odd hours, suitable to client’s time-zones whenever required.
•Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately to Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
•To generate leads & identify decision makers within targeted leads and initiate the sales process. Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
