THIS IS GROUP COLLABORATIVE WEDDING PROJECTs.

For this position, all the following criteria must be met.

1. Must have a related Associate degree or an equivalent experience with below mentioned criteria.

2. Must be an individual performer and a team player.

3. Must have an entrepreneurial mindset.

4. Must be able to lead a team of 5 members.

5. Must be open to travel PAN India during weddings only.

6. Willing to work in collaboration model up to 18 months minimum.

7. Willingness to participate in 45 days project orientation. ( 3.33 hours time dedication per day minimum )

8. Must have discipline towards time management, planning, and execution.
