Post: Web Research Specialist

Educational Qualifications: Graduate or Post Graduate (Any Discipline)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand the ideal customer profile (ICP) and work with the Business Development managers to understand their data needs for lead generation activity
  • Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.
  • Managing users and user roles.
  • Provide quality assurance of imported data, working with quality assurance analysts if necessary.
  • Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines.
  • Helping develop reports and analyses.
  • Managing and designing the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata.
  • Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization.
  • Assessing tests and implementing new or upgraded software and assisting with strategic decisions on new systems.
  • Generating reports from single or multiple systems.

Skills Required:

· Candidate should be with strong logical capabilities

· Proficient in MS Office, MS Word, and MS Excel

· Knowledge of prospecting tools to fetch contact details of the target customers

· Decent communication skills

Experience Range:

1+ years (Experience working with any IT company would be a plus)

Shift Timing:
