The duties of the National Sales Trainer are to plan, conduct, coordinate, update and implement the KN training program for the sales staff, based on corporate guidelines, in close alignment with the internal stakeholders. The training components will be geared toward new hires, existing sales staff and sales professionals who seek one-on-one assistance.

Your Role

The duties of the National Sales Trainer are to plan, conduct, coordinate, update and implement the KN training program for the sales staff, based on corporate guidelines, in close alignment with the internal stakeholders. The training components will be geared toward new hires, existing sales staff and sales professionals who seek one-on-one assistance.

Your Responsibilities

  • To ensure that all sales professionals have thorough knowledge of procedures, product knowledge and sales skills.
  • The National Sales Trainer should conduct ongoing training for all skill levels, including basic sales skills, as well as advanced sales techniques.
  • Should align training offerings and demand within the Regional Head of Sales Training
  • To represent and follow the KN philosophy, quality management system and highest standard of business practice while fostering innovation.
  • To consult BUs/FUs in the focus country as a subject matter expert for the creation of up-to-date product training
  • Part of the National Sales Leadership team to consult on training and development related topics
  • Identify training and development needs within Sales through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments, using the corporate Sales Skill Matrix.
  • Manage and support the execution of globally and regional aligned sales training programs
  • To support the translation of global, regional and creation of national programs and roll-out global role-specific development paths
  • Ensuring that all National Sales Staff has been trained and developed according to the minimum qualification level described the Sales Career Path
  • Helping sales teams with a Sales Coaching approach to solve specific problems

Your Skills And Experiences

  • Minimum graduate from the recognized university
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in course authoring and design
  • Proficiency in MS-Office
