Your Role

To maintain + develop close, direct + personal relations with Japan DA Account(s) + to work on establishing + delivering against targets. To conducts selling activities in accordance with KN’s Key Account Programme guidelines.

Your Responsibilities

• To manage relationship in India with Japan Development Accounts & other Significant Key Accounts with Japan Business and/or Japanese Decision Maker, in accordance with agreed targets, goals and based on company guidelines, eliciting customer needs and selling KN offer portfolio.
• To ensure understanding of all customer organizations and decision making processes. To conduct regular and structured review sessions with assigned customers including; process for continuous improvement and innovation, review of customer strategy and priorities as well as operational excellence delivery.
• To support with negotiating rates with customers in alignment with the KAM & business units (BU) .
• To ensure compliance with the company’s sales management processes and systems and ensures correct and timely updates in CoreLOG/ CRM.
• To monitor monthly business performance, outstanding against set targets, and ensure that immediate actions are taken in case of deviations (incl. timely / accurate reporting).
• To support and organize client events if/ when directed. Prime focus is on events targeting client’s specific to the respective market/ industry.
• To Handle co-ordination of both external and internal KN visitors & Perform joint customer visits with local & overseas colleagues.
• To ensure account plan(s) are in place for Japan Development Accounts and signed off by Supervisor & Country & Region Executive Sponsor.
• To effectively hand over and transition new business into operations to ensure that customer requirements and KN commitments are met
