Implementation and configuration experience in JDA WMS discrete supply chain and distribution industry

Your Responsibilities

To support the attraction of customers with our core and surrounding applications
To support the pursuit of customer opportunities within our corporate IS application landscape and capabilities
To support the closing of new contracts in line with our commercial policies and innovative solutions
To support the on boarding of new customers in compliance with our global process
To coach teams to configure WMS, training our operations teams to deliver as promised to our customers
To support our progress reviews with our customers to ensure we continually improve + have a high retention rate.
To provide hyper care support to our operations teams to evolve our customer relationships, forming trust + deeper relationships to enable new opportunities

Your Skills And Experiences

Minimum 6+ years of implementation and configuration experience in JDA WMS discrete supply chain and distribution industry
6+ years experience with Warehouse Management Systems solutions in an international or India company
Solid knowledge of RDBMS | Solid knowledge with MOCA | Solid knowledge with Oracle PL/SQL
Solid knowledge with Linux shell scripting | Solid knowledge with Jaspersoft/ iReport/ PowerBI
Solid knowledge with Integration concepts (B2B and EAI) | Nice to have RF gun programming experience in lieu of JDA – WMS and connection
