Cloud operations manager will be responsible for digital product roll outs to business. Ops manager will be defining process for designing, overseeing, controlling, and subsequently constantly optimizing cloud operational processes. Cloud Ops Manager will be involved in management hardware, software and connectivity of IoT devices along with cloud infrastructure. Cloud operations manager should understand KONE operating model and implement DevOps and Agile ways of working to achieve business goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Operational management activities for the new and existing digital products built on AWS cloud

New and existing digital product roll out for business and existing product support from operational points of view

Accountable for product and feature service descriptions, documentation, and proactive communications to relevant users in scope

Manage L2 Support team and prioritize incident management for the team; and acts as a Major incident manager when necessary

Accountable for managing agreed KPI’s and service SLA’s, vendor performance

Problem Management, Service support, operation and performance processes and best practices

Responsible for continuous service, country specific improvement activities, product continuity

Accountable for Product service design in CMDB and operational KPI reporting’s according to KONE model

Responsible to drive the team towards agile and DevOps ways of working

Education & Experience:

Engineer graduate with Computer or Information technology

Minimum 10+ years’ overall experience with 3 years in IoT and cloud computing

Exposure to Service management in global industrialized service model

Technical skills:

AWS/Azure/Google Cloud infrastructure and operations

DevOps and agile ways of working experience

AWS Technical certifications – Preferably SysOps Admin

Management skills:

• Strong communication skills and technical acumen are must
• Virtual team leading skills and experience in working in international environment with stakeholders distributed globally
• Strong experience in leadership in matrix based organizations
• Stakeholder management including leadership, business and experience of subcontractor management

Nice to have – ITIL V4 knowledge
