Your Role and Responsibilities

Role

As Package Consultant Workday, you will be responsible for Design, Build and Configure Workday payroll application to meet client business process and application requirements.

Responsibilities

• You will conduct discovery sessions with clients to determine pain points and diagnose how Workday can provide value and the implementation can achieve ROI.
• You will configure the system, document work and walk-through payroll business processes with customer.
• Perform engagements like: understand client business requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate the configurations through the development of prototype systems, assist the client in testing the Workday solution.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 2-6 years of Workday experience in global payroll (US / UK)
• Functional knowledge across the payroll function including one or more areas of payroll such as core payroll and payroll processing, time & attendance, leave of absence, and payroll interface.
• Experience with payroll related legal requirements.
• Good understanding of Workday modules and business objects.

Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise

• Certified in Workday Payroll.
• You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies
• Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
