Being a Kitchen Manager in Locals is all about delivering an exceptional, unique experience to our customers, with our quality food that complements our local ales and fine wines. As a Kitchen Manager, you will have full responsibility for the food that leaves our kitchens and also developing and leading your team to be the best they can be.

About the role
The Fiveways is an imposing corner site located 1 mile from Brighton town centre - a real community pub with students & locals dovetailing to watch sport & enjoy entertainment or just have a relaxing drink with friends.
A huge £700k investment is planned for July 2022, hence our requirement for an experienced Kitchen Manager to join this great team.
