Requirements:

Identify problems, investigate, respond to issues in JIRA, and request product improvements as quickly as possible.

Have startup experience.

You have excellent communication and organizational skills.

You have intermediate level SQL skills.

Working with Atlassian JIRA and/or Service Desk.

A basic understanding of the Restful API.
