The Team Anchor contributes to team success by helping to ensure products and the enabling platforms are built right, including architecture, security, engineering, and technical dependencies.

Pays attention to technical platform impact and opportunities for improvement/ innovation

Advises the team proactively on the architectural “runway” required to deliver the solutions being considered so that teams are never blocked or starved.

Helps the team understand how technical platform maintenance, improvement and tech debt will/are impacting SoD capacity
