About the job
Our client, an HR Consultancy, is looking for independent consultants, with part time or full time working capacity, who can deliver the following:
Responsibilities:
– Participate in the assignments of the client’s sister organisation
– Working with enterprise clients and delivering on expected performance outcomes
– Support delivery of HR Business Partnering assignments
– Support proposal development & delivery of HR Analytics based projects
– Support business and practice development efforts
Skills Required
We prefer strong line HR professionals to be part of our consulting team as they understand the client realities better and deliver “real” solutions. Some of the skills that we are expecting from the Business Associates include:
– HR Business Partnering
– HR Functional skills across Talent Management, Compensation, Performance Management and Employee Engagement
– People with strong Customer Focus, outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) & self confidence will be preferred
