Position: Sales & Marketing Executive

Qualification: Engineering Graduate + MBA Marketing / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing

Experience: 8-10 yrs

Desirable Attributes: Candidate must have an excellent academic record

CTC: Can be discussed with the right candidate

✔️ Responsibilities Include:

◾️ Contribute information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies

◾️ Helps to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each service being offered

◾️ Set marketing schedules and coordinate with colleagues, sponsors, media representatives, and other professionals to implement strategies across multiple channels

◾️ Develop sales strategies for various services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, etc.

◾️ Answer questions from clients about service benefits

◾️ Maintain excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service

◾️ Track sales data and work to meet sales team goals

◾️ Analyse trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance

◾️ Create and present performance reports to the management

◾️ Attend trade shows and travel to meet clients

◾️ Lead Generation through various channels

◾️ Co-ordination with the digital marketing team

✔️ Skill Set:

◾️ Experience in sales and marketing of Automation and Robotics engineering services

◾️ Good Communication skills (Written and Verbal)

◾️ Interpersonal skills with the confidence to approach people at all levels of seniority

◾️ Ambitious and Self-motivated
