Designation- Business Development Trainee (BDT)
Your Role-
 Selected BDT would begin as an individual contributor’s role, working in a team setting to help spread
Byju’s way of learning in one’s city.
 You would be portraying the unique method of learning o students and parents
 You would also be responsible for mentoring and making sales in your designated zones
 Training: Selected candidates would be a part of a 6 (six) weeks training process as Business
Development Trainee profile earning a monthly stipend of 25,000.
 After the successful completion of the training period, candidates will be promoted to the role of Business
Development Associate (BDA)- direct sales.
Eligibility Criteria-
 Any Graduation/ Post Graduation
 Freshers/ laterals up to 2 years of total work experience
 Effective Communication
Must have-
 Keen interest and understanding of the Indian education sector
 Interest in mentoring and guiding students
 A knack for sales and high resilience
Salary-
 INR 25,000 per month + performance pay up to INR 2,00,000/-
(Based on individual targets and performance numbers)
Locations: Chandigarh, Lucknow, Jaipur and Udaipur
