About the job

Responsibilities –

· Manage the recruitment, selection, and exit process

· Organize and maintain the human resources filing system and ensure the accuracy and completeness of confidential personnel files and employee records, files, and retrieving documents

· Handle college relations and oversee various sourcing and internship programs

· Perform internal and external office communication: email, social media, and miscellaneous written correspondence

· Serve as a link between management and employees by handling queries, interpreting, and administering contracts


· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal both ) and enthusiasm about the work

· Willing to learn and grow

· Strong social media presence

· Leadership & people skills

Important Checks:

· You’re currently not involved in an internship, job, freelance, or any other opportunities

· You are a college/school student or young graduate

· You can join immediately and can work for a minimum of 2 months

· You can devote at least 5-6 hours between 9 AM — 11 PM, Monday to Saturday

· You have exquisite communication skills (written and verbal both) and enthusiasm about the work

· You are willing to learn and grow

Stipend – INR 5 k -8 k (Negotiable)+ Incentives

Certificate + LOR

Work from Home -5-6 hrs a day (Flexible )
