Brief description:

Billing Specialists usually deal with accounts receivables and revenues by managing and recording all the company’s invoices. Their main goal is to ensure that they charge customers and to track all the payments regularly. A Billing Specialist needs to ensure that they charge customers accurately and appropriately and track and collect payments consistently and correctly.

What will you do:

• Review invoices specific to customer accounts by managing Eat App backend software and comparing it to QuickBooks
• Be the main point of contact with the customers for billing.
• Assume the responsibility of receiving and sorting incoming payments.
• Review system generated payment postings and post manual payments
• Ensure all payments are allocated to the correct invoices
• Send delinquent accounts to management for review.
• Generate monthly and quarterly reports revenue and collection reports
• Managing the status of accounts and balances and identifying inconsistencies
