ThepositionofTalentServicesAnalystisamemberoftheEDCTalentServicesteamandreportstotheTalentServicesAssistant Manager.Thisroleprovidesadministrativesupporttotheclient,DeloitteAustraliaandspecificallyprovisionsservicesfortheAustralianLearningfunctionwithinTalent.

Thisrolerequiresaproactiveapproach,ahighlevelofattentiontodetail,takingresponsibilityformultipleactionsandactivitieswithindeadlines.Itisessentialtheholderofthisrolemaintainstrictconfidentialitywithregardtoallpersonalanddepartmentalmattersand correspondence.

  • Advisecandidatebaseontheenrolmentdatesforupcomingmodules(via.Yammerpost)
  • CreateSabacoursesandclassesaspertheCAANZandCASMdates
  • UpdateTeamSitespagewithCASMinformation
  • CreateMSFormsSurvey
  • ReviewenrolmentreportsreceivedfromCA ANZandanalyzeforaccuracy,identifyingandflagginganyanomalieswith theAUCAConsultant.
  • CreateaMasterreportforenrolmentsdatabyusingheadcount,servicenowandterminationsreport
  • Emailthecandidateswithstudysupportselectionprocess/eligibilitycriteria/servicenowapprovalrequirement
  • UploadtheMasterreporttoMSTeamsforleadershipreview

The“Finance & SharedServices” teamat HyderabadsupportstheDeloitteorganizationinAustraliawithawidevarietyofcapabilities likemanagement andfinancialreporting,accountspayable,debtormanagement,payroll,dataquality,financesystemsupport,IT services, BusinessIntelligencedevelopment, client andengagement acceptance, andclientcontractmanagement activities.

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’sor PostGraduate degreewith1to3yearsofrelevantexperienceinHRorlearningadministration

Preferred

  • Thisrolerequires highlevelofattentiontodetail, takingresponsibilityfor multipleactionsand activitieswithindeadlines.Itis essentialfor theholderof thisrolemaintainstrictconfidentialitywith regardtoallpersonalanddepartmentalmattersand correspondence.
  • Teamplayer withapositiveattitude, strongverbalandwrittencommunicationskills, andexcellent interpersonalskills
  • Abilitytoanalyzeand recommendadministrativeprocessimprovements. PreviousexperienceinLearning& Development team wouldbeaddedadvantage
