Thisrolerequiresaproactiveapproach,ahighlevelofattentiontodetail,takingresponsibilityformultipleactionsandactivitieswithindeadlines.Itisessentialtheholderofthisrolemaintainstrictconfidentialitywithregardtoallpersonalanddepartmentalmattersand correspondence.

- CreateMSFormsSurvey
- ReviewenrolmentreportsreceivedfromCA ANZandanalyzeforaccuracy,identifyingandflagginganyanomalieswith theAUCAConsultant.
- CreateaMasterreportforenrolmentsdatabyusingheadcount,servicenowandterminationsreport
- Emailthecandidateswithstudysupportselectionprocess/eligibilitycriteria/servicenowapprovalrequirement
- UploadtheMasterreporttoMSTeamsforleadershipreview

The“Finance & SharedServices” teamat HyderabadsupportstheDeloitteorganizationinAustraliawithawidevarietyofcapabilities likemanagement andfinancialreporting,accountspayable,debtormanagement,payroll,dataquality,financesystemsupport,IT services, BusinessIntelligencedevelopment, client andengagement acceptance, andclientcontractmanagement activities.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’sor PostGraduate degreewith1to3yearsofrelevantexperienceinHRorlearningadministration
Preferred
- Thisrolerequires highlevelofattentiontodetail, takingresponsibilityfor multipleactionsand activitieswithindeadlines.Itis essentialfor theholderof thisrolemaintainstrictconfidentialitywith regardtoallpersonalanddepartmentalmattersand correspondence.
- Teamplayer withapositiveattitude, strongverbalandwrittencommunicationskills, andexcellent interpersonalskills
- Abilitytoanalyzeand recommendadministrativeprocessimprovements. PreviousexperienceinLearning& Development team wouldbeaddedadvantage
