  • Be a proactive member of the Sales and Marketing team, suggest prospecting ideas, avenues etc.
  • Work closely with Sr Sales Manager to support the realization of their territory plans on enterprise accounts
  • Develop new business via the phone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce our solutions and identify prospective buyers within the target market.
  • Transfer interested and qualified prospects by setting quality appointments with identified key buying influencers with knowing their budget, need and timeline.
  • Identify enterprise account requirements and map these to the products and services.
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and nurturing their interest
  • Meet quarterly & annual targets
  • Run marketing campaigns which includes events, conference and roundtable and drive attendance to them
  • Be able to create messaging that resonates and attracts prospects both via the phone and in written form
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients in our CRM system ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached
  • Meet and exceed the revenue targets via creative problem solving, cross team collaboration, and strong sales and marketing skills.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting on weekly or monthly meetings.
  • Always uphold our brand via strong customer experience, fantastic team culture, and excellence cross departmental collaboration.
  • Build a strong leadership bench for the future.

Skill, Ability, Experience and Qualification:

  • 4-8 years of experience in enterprise sales and business development positions in Patient Engagement Solutions Market or other technology products in the healthcare domain
  • Hands-on experience booking sales appointment with influencers and decision makers in Hospitals, Physician Groups, and Integrated Delivery Network (IDN)
  • Bachelor’s degree is required. MBA or equivalent preferred
  • Interested in a future career in Enterprise Sales
  • Enjoys working within a target-driven sales environment and works well under pressure
  • Excellent instincts for conversing with technology and business executives and ability to resonate with their goals
  • Works independently, as well as part of a team, with little supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent client service, listening, persuasion and influencing and analytical skills
  • Desire and capacity to understand technology
  • High energy level, confident and friendly manner, and a positive attitude
