  • Be a proactive member of the Sales and Marketing team, suggest prospecting ideas, avenues etc.
  • Work closely with Senior Sales Manager, India to support the realization of their territory plans on accounts
  • Use account intelligence to develop a sales pitch for each client based on their opportunity.
  • Get access to key stakeholders either virtually or in person to conduct demos.
  • Build and maintain metrics and documents for the scalability of the outbound sales process.
  • Work closely with the Senior Manager and Director to close deals both online as well as in person depending on the domain.
  • In collaboration with the rest of your pod, meet and exceed the revenue targets assigned to your pod.
  • Optimize the sales processes to ensure best conversion and lean operations.
  • Always uphold our brand via strong customer experience, fantastic team culture, and excellence cross departmental collaboration.
  • Be a role model for the rest of the sales development team.
  • Run marketing campaigns which includes events, conference and roundtable and drive attendance to them
  • Be able to create messaging that resonates and attracts prospects both via the phone and in written form
  • Meet and exceed the revenue targets via creative problem solving, cross team collaboration, and strong sales and marketing skills.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting on weekly or monthly meetings.
  • Always uphold our brand via strong customer experience, fantastic team culture, and excellence cross departmental collaboration.
  • Build a strong leadership bench for the future.

Skill, Ability, Experience and Qualification:

  • 4-6 years of experience in sales and business development positions in Patient Engagement Solutions Market or other technology products in the healthcare domain
  • Hands-on experience pitching, demoing with influencers and decision makers in Hospitals, Physician Groups, and Integrated Delivery Network (IDN)
  • Bachelor’s degree is required. MBA or equivalent preferred
  • Experience creating pitches, gaining access, and building relationships and connections in the US
  • Experience building strategies for converting and closing deals for US local, enterprise, and health systems clients
  • Deep understanding of the US healthcare system
  • Willingness to work in night shifts
  • Enjoys working within a target-driven sales environment and works well under pressure
  • Excellent instincts for conversing with technology and business executives and ability to resonate with their goals
  • Excellent client service, listening, persuasion and influencing and analytical skills
  • High energy level, confident and friendly manner, and a positive attitude
