For this, liasioning with the internal studio, external agencies/ freelancers and ensuring that the content is produced in a manner that is consistent with the originality, brand guidelines, creative briefs and vision. Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising directly with the creative director to produce original content for the brand across all touchpoints.
  • Mapping overall creative budgets and spends.
  • Ensure that the brand vision is consistent across all platforms.
  • Develop creative briefs based on own ideas as well those of the teams’ with direction, schedules, and expected deliverables for the creative team.
  • Work with the entire creative team to establish a unified brand understanding and voice for the company.
  • Managing the creative calendar (shoots/deliverables etc) coordinating with the marketing and product calendar, also liaising with the product team for shoot schedules.
  • Managing the image bank and portfolio of the brand.
  • Competitor study and analysis, researching and referencing concepts.
  • Collaborate with marketing and retail teams in creating marketing collaterals, aligning team priorities with business objectives to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget.
  • Develop presentation templates, styles, and techniques for the team to implement.
  • Developing, briefing (as per the creative director), managing and coordinating with freelancers/creative agenciesetainers.
  • Obtain team approval by presenting final layouts, storyboards, and illustrations, encouraging members to provide feedback, and responding to internal requests.
  • Discover and develop relationships and maintain a database of new talent such as photographers, illustrators, animators etc. Key Attitude Traits :

  • Expertise in the ideation and production of creative content (Print and Digital)
