Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Working on Job Descriptions for the roles in the company.
2. Sourcing and Screening candidates on various job boards.
3. Schedule interviews for the shortlisted candidates, by collaborating with multiple teams.
4. Play a vital role in our learning and development.

Skills Required:

1. Ability to communicate information with clarity (verbal and written).
2. Should possess good knowledge on basic functions in Excel/Google Sheets.
