Shift timing: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Notice Period: Immediate – 5 DAYS

Job description:

 Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support

Engineer, or similar role

 Readiness to work in Night Shift.

 Experience in SLA, Ticket Management who can take the ownership

 Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments

 Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like

printers and scanners, Experience with FIREWALLS(CISCO\SOPHOS)

 Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs

 Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions

 Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills

 Customer-oriented attitude

 Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems, chipsets, memory

modules, and peripherals.

 Ability to travel and work after hours when necessary.

 Good written and verbal communication skills.
