About the DEPARTMENTS:-

1) Social Media Marketing:- Duration-3 Months

They need to use these 3 platforms to create awareness about Aashman, make its voice reach to masses using social media.

2) Marketing & sales:- Duration – 45 Months

Generate funds for the organization to support the needy, collaborate with brands & individuals for gathering either funds or brand awareness, branding, lead generation, client relationship management, etc

3) Human Resources (HR):- Duration – 45 Days, 3 Months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months

– Roles & responsibilities for HR profile*????

• Create internship drives on college campuses

• Use online medium to enroll candidates

• Screen resumes and application forms

• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates

• Post, update & remove internship ads from intern boards, career pages, and social networks

• Prepare HR-related report’s as needed (like training budget by department)

• Participate in organizing company events and careers.

4) Social work department:- Duration: 6 Months

5) Fund Raising Department:- Duration : 30 Days, 45 Days

In case of fundraising person must be energetic and raise funds with new individuals as well as institutional organizations, need to support the organization in running campaigns with monetary as well as in-kind support, for example, if a milk donation drive is going on then he should be the first one to spread this to people in the city through all platforms of social media or over phone calls, and he can bring cash support or milk support to the needed ones. means he must be told how to do the establishment of communication and achieve the desired outcome.

6) Online Event Management:- Duration -3 Months

???????? Interns need to generate an idea for online events, gather masses, do events for awareness about Aashman and various social agendas about the NGO itself.

???????? Collaborate with brands & individuals to make the event happen, handle team, etc.

???????? Work from home.

7) Graphic Designing:- Duration – 3 months

They need to make graphics – posters, videos, etc for digital platforms using their creative skills.

8) Winter Internship (Best)– Duration: 30 Days, 3 Months

Task: This department will contain tasks from Human Resource, social media Marketing, fundraiser, sales & Marketing department. This is an overall internship department. 1 task of each department will be there.

9) Content Writing (Hindi/English) :- Duration : 3 Months
